Can I freeze my card?
Yes. You can instantly freeze and unfreeze your card at any time from the Cards section of the Currency.com app on web, iOS, or Android. Freezing prevents any new transactions while keeping your balance intact.
What should I do if I notice an unauthorised transaction?
Freeze your card immediately from the app to prevent further transactions, then contact our support team at [email protected] with the transaction details. As a Visa card, standard Visa dispute and fraud protection processes apply.
How is my card protected against fraud?
Your card is protected by Visa's fraud monitoring systems. Additionally, online transactions may trigger 3D Secure (Verified by Visa) authentication for added security. You can also freeze the card instantly at any time.
Are my card details stored securely?
Yes. Your card details are displayed only within your authenticated Currency.com account session and are not stored externally. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
Can someone else use my card?
No. Card details are personal to your account. Do not share your card number, CVV, or one-time passwords with anyone, including people claiming to be Currency.com support.
